These terms apply to Persivoc (geofinance.co and the Persivoc Android app), operated by Parth Chawan, Rohan Patil, and Anush Chordia, jointly, from India. By signing in you agree to them and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.
Who can use Persivoc
You must be 18 or older. One person, one account; you may not use someone else's account or create accounts to get around a suspension.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings or at geofinance.co/delete-account.
Community Guidelines — what is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats or hate against any person or group.
- Sexual content, nudity, or violent or graphic content.
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, fraud, or misleading links.
- Impersonating a person or organisation, or claiming expertise or a Specialist status you do not have.
- Sharing someone's private information (doxxing), including their messages, without their consent.
- Malware, or attempts to break, overload or get around the security of Persivoc.
Child safety standards
Persivoc has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content is removed, the accounts involved are suspended, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant national authority. Persivoc is for adults only. If you see anything that sexualises or endangers a child, report it in the app (every post, comment, message and profile has a Report option) or email contact@persivoc.com. We comply with the child-safety laws that apply to us.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report any discussion, reply, Highlight, comment, message or profile, and block anyone. Moderators review reports. We may remove content, restrict posting, or suspend accounts that break these terms; serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent suspension.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give Persivoc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it on Persivoc so the service can work. Public posts can be seen by anyone. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
The Specialist tick
The orange Specialist tick means the Persivoc team reviewed a member's professional expertise. It is not an endorsement: Persivoc does not endorse what any member says.
No advice
News, market and company information on Persivoc, including AI-generated analysis, is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or medical advice.
Ending your use
You can stop using Persivoc and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page and update the date above.
